Ok, I have an idea for a pretty disturbing (if I can make it look how I want) movie. It'll have one of those Twilight Zone type endings...ok, here goes:
Derek had witnessed the grouseome death of one of his close friends and since then has become emotionally unstable. He's now antisocial and rarely talks. But, his suffering goes much deeper than that. Lately strange people have been walking around in his house, then vanishing. He's also seen dead bodies and blood that seem to vanish, too. Suddenly, one day, his house become occupied by several "zombies". They all have strange blue bumps on their arms. After brutally killing all of this sinister zombies, Derek looks down at his arm, he too has the bumps. He grabs a pair of scissors and begins to slice off the infected skin, screaming "get them off! Get them OFF!!!". The camera pulls out, showing him ripping off regualr skin and that the "zombies" are really just his normal, 100% human, friends and family, all lying mutliated on the floor around him.

Your looking at a good 30 minutes of finished edited film in order to give your story any justice. I like the short, it's has it's cause and effect. My favorit part is the twist in the end. You should go black and white and maybe base it in the mid 1900's maybe 1950 in a nice quiet suburbian area to intensify the viewer affect.
Good luck! [email protected]

Hey, now that I have my plot...I need a name...any suggestions? I wanted it to be Schitzo, but I found out that that's taken...any other suggestions? Perhaps something with a cool word, like Phantasmagoria (hey, it would fit with the plot).

phantamagoria sounds like a comedy/horror.
to tell you the truth, your short story could actualy be a good serious psyhcodelic flick.
instead of naming the film, name the searies.
for exsample: remember the twilight zone or tales from the crypt.
if you do that you could make more short psyhco flicks and then after you got about maybe four or five you could make one full legth feature film and make some quick $$$$.

How about "Perception" as the title, or something like that?
"Senses"? "Smell of death"?
Hmmm....
